I'm putting together a new gaming PC in Ireland and would appreciate feedback on the parts and overall balance of the build. My target is to stay around €2,000. I already have an RTX 4070 Super from my previous PC, so the budget is mainly for the remaining components.
Later on, I plan to add nine darkFlash DM8 Reverse White fans—three bottom intakes, three side intakes, and three AIO fans at the top as exhaust—plus one DM8 White rear exhaust fan. I'm also considering a Lian Li Strimer Wireless 24-pin cable, a Strimer Wireless 12V-2x6 GPU cable, and an 8.8-inch universal screen.
The appearance is important to me because I've never built a particularly attractive PC, but I want to prioritize the core hardware first. Are there any parts I should change, especially regarding the CPU, storage, cooling, or overall value?

The build may benefit from shifting some of the aesthetic budget toward performance parts. Since you already own the RTX 4070 Super, the rest of the €2,000 budget can go a long way toward a fast CPU, reliable motherboard and power supply, plenty of memory, and adequate SSD storage. The fans and illuminated cables can always be added later once the system is running well.
Before spending much on lighting, cables, and extra fans, make sure the core components are as strong as possible. If the budget allows, a Ryzen 7 7800X3D would be an excellent gaming-focused CPU. Also, don't forget to plan your storage properly—at least one good NVMe SSD, with enough capacity for your games and applications, should be included before aesthetic upgrades.
