I subscribed to an app for one month to try it, but I didn't find it useful and thought I canceled it. I was charged again this month, yet the subscription doesn't appear under my App Store subscriptions or purchase history. I also deleted the account I originally created in the app, so I can't sign back in. I've already submitted a refund request to support, but I haven't received a response after two days. How can I make sure the subscription is canceled and won't charge me again next month?

Check the App Store’s subscription list by opening the App Store, tapping your profile picture, and choosing Subscriptions. You can also find it under Settings > your Apple Account > Subscriptions. If it says “Renews on,” it’s still active; after cancellation, it should show an expiration date instead. Also check your full purchase history. Apple sometimes processes subscription charges a few days after the renewal date, so the charge may not appear exactly when you expected.
If it’s missing from both places, first confirm that you’re signed in with the same Apple Account that originally paid for it. A subscription purchased through a different Apple Account won’t appear under the current one. Check the receipt or bank-charge description to see whether Apple billed you or whether the app charged you directly. If the payment came directly from the app developer, you’ll need to cancel it through that service rather than through Apple. Apple Support can also locate the transaction using the charge details and help identify which account or billing system controls it.

That’s the problem—the app subscription isn’t listed there or in my purchase history, which is why I’m trying to figure out where it’s being managed.
