I'm putting together my first gaming PC and would appreciate a rating from 1–10, along with any last-minute suggestions. My total budget is about €2,300 in Austria, including the monitor and peripherals. I mainly plan to play Valorant, Fortnite, Red Dead Redemption 2, and Assassin's Creed Odyssey. I'm still learning about PC hardware, so I'm not sure whether the parts are well balanced.

I've already ordered the parts, but I'd still like to know whether the build is solid and what could have been optimized.

The build is definitely good and should perform very well for your games, but some of the budget could have been allocated more efficiently. The biggest upgrade to consider would have been an RX 9070 XT. You might have been able to fit it in by replacing the 360mm liquid cooler with a capable air cooler such as the Thermalright Phantom Spirit, since the 7800X3D is relatively easy to cool. A less expensive AIO would also free up some money.
You probably don’t need four extra fans in that case, especially with a large 360mm radiator already installed. A cheaper case with a decent included fan setup could reduce the cost without affecting gaming performance much. The mouse is also a personal preference, but 82g is fairly heavy compared with many modern lightweight gaming mice. There are lighter alternatives if you prefer fast FPS movement. The monitor and core CPU/GPU combination are otherwise well suited to high-refresh-rate 1440p gaming.
It’s a strong gaming PC overall, probably around an 8/10 as assembled. The main thing I’d double-check is the Lexar EQ790 SSD; some buyers have raised concerns about its controller reliability, so a more established model such as a WD Black drive or another reliable Gen4 NVMe SSD may be preferable. The 9070 XT would also be a worthwhile performance upgrade if the price difference is manageable.
