Is Microsoft Power Platform experiencing a regional slowdown?

Is anyone else seeing severe performance problems with Power Apps or the Power Platform Admin Center today? In our environment, apps are taking around five to six minutes to load in the editor, and updating permissions in the admin center sometimes returns an internal server error. Azure Service Health is still showing everything as healthy. We're located in Canada East and are trying to determine whether this is a broader service issue or something specific to our tenant.

We’re noticing general delays in several Microsoft administration portals from the US East and Southeast regions. It seems broader than just one tenant.

We’re in the US East region and didn’t run into any problems during a Power Apps demonstration, so the issue may be regional or intermittent rather than affecting every tenant.

Yes, we’re seeing similar slowness and occasional unresponsiveness across the Power Platform services.

Our users are also experiencing major Power Platform delays and intermittent errors in Canada East. An on-premises orchestration server that syncs data with the platform is failing more often too. I’d save the correlation IDs and exact UTC times from the errors and open a support ticket, since the service-health dashboard can lag behind the actual impact.
