I have three fans at the front of my case configured as intake, one rear fan as exhaust, and a top-mounted AIO radiator with three fans exhausting air through the top. Everything seems to work normally during gaming and regular use, but I want to know whether there is an obvious airflow improvement I should make. The CPU can reach around 89°C when unpacking games at 100% usage, although I have a BIOS overclocking setting enabled at level 3 with a 90 limit.

That fan layout is generally fine, so there is no need to change it unless you are having temperature or noise problems. The CPU reaching around 89°C during sustained 100% usage while unpacking games is likely more related to the overclocking or boost settings than to the case airflow.
Your setup should work well, but slightly more intake airflow than exhaust is usually preferable. It creates positive pressure, which helps reduce dust entering through gaps in the case. With three front intakes and the rear and top fans exhausting, your current arrangement is already fairly balanced, so moving the rear fan to intake is not necessarily an improvement.
I was considering changing the rear fan to intake so air would enter from both the front and rear and leave through the top, but I will probably leave it as it is unless temperatures become a problem.

I do not have any real issues during gaming or normal use. I mainly wanted to check whether there was an obvious improvement I could make. The higher temperature only happens while unpacking games.
