I'm planning to build a gaming PC for around $1,700–$1,750 in Saudi Arabia and would like feedback on whether these parts are a good value. The current list includes a Ryzen 5 9600X, Gigabyte B850M Eagle WiFi 6E motherboard, 32GB of DDR5-6000 memory, a Kingston NV3 1TB NVMe SSD, a Thermalright Peerless Vision 360 ARGB cooler, an ASRock 750W 80+ Gold power supply, a Lian Li O11D Mini V2 Flow case with additional fans, and a PNY GeForce RTX 5060 Ti with 8GB of VRAM. More powerful graphics cards such as the Radeon 9060 or 9070 are too expensive where I live. Is this configuration balanced for gaming, or should I save money on other components to upgrade the graphics card?

You could shift the budget away from the case, liquid cooler, and extra fans. A good airflow-focused mesh case and a dual-tower air cooler should cost less and perform well. That money would be better spent on the GPU. Also, the Ryzen 5 7600 or 7600X offers nearly the same gaming experience for less, depending on local pricing.
The Kingston NV3 is a budget QLC drive, so I’d only keep it if it is significantly cheaper than the alternatives. A more reliable 1TB or 2TB SSD would be preferable if the price difference is small. Also compare B650 boards, since they may offer better value than the newer B850 platform for this type of build.
If you mainly play at 1080p, the 8GB card can still be acceptable today, but it gives the build less room for future games. If the system is intended for 1440p or long-term use, I’d prioritize a 16GB GPU even if that means choosing a cheaper CPU, case, cooler, or motherboard.
Another option is to use a more affordable previous-generation platform, such as a Ryzen 5 7500F with a reasonably priced B650 board. Pair it with a cheaper power supply and case, then aim for a 16GB graphics card. For gaming, a stronger GPU usually makes a much bigger difference than moving from a 7600X to a 9600X.
For a gaming-focused build, the RTX 5060 Ti 8GB is the weakest part of this setup. I’d consider using a cheaper Ryzen 5 7600 or 7600X, a less expensive case and air cooler, and putting the savings toward a 16GB graphics card such as a 5060 Ti 16GB or Radeon 9060 XT 16GB. Eight gigabytes may become limiting in newer games, especially at higher settings.
