I'm planning a gaming PC with a Sapphire Radeon RX 9060 XT PURE OC 16GB, Ryzen 5 5600, Gigabyte B550 Gaming X V2 motherboard, 16GB of DDR4-3200 memory, a Kingston NV3 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD, be quiet! System Power 11 650W Bronze PSU, and a DUTZO C321 Mesh case. The total comes to roughly $1,300, although I'm located in Denmark and converted the price to USD. Is this a good and reasonably priced build, or are there better component choices?

The parts should work together and the graphics card is the strongest component here, but the total price seems high for a build using a Ryzen 5 5600 and only 16GB of memory. Since you’re buying in Denmark, local pricing and availability matter more than the USD conversion. I’d compare the total against newer Ryzen platforms before ordering.
It’s a decent gaming build, but I wouldn’t really call it budget at that price. The Ryzen 5 5600 is still usable, though a newer processor and platform could offer better upgrade options. You could also consider starting with 32GB of RAM if the budget allows, since 16GB is becoming a tighter fit for newer games and multitasking.
I’d reconsider the Kingston NV3 as the main system drive. That model can use QLC flash, depending on the capacity and batch, which generally means lower endurance and worse sustained performance. If the price difference is reasonable, choose a 1TB TLC-based drive instead, such as a TeamGroup MP33, Verbatim Vi3000, or WD Black SN7100.
