I'm planning a gaming-focused PC with a budget of about €2,500 in Finland. I'll occasionally use it for Photoshop, but gaming is the priority. My current parts list is an ASUS GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Prime OC 16GB, ASUS TUF Gaming B850-PLUS WIFI motherboard, AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 EVO cooler, 32GB Corsair DDR5-6000 memory, a 1TB WD Black SN7100 SSD, NZXT H5 Flow (2024) case, and a Corsair RM1000e 1000W power supply. The total comes to roughly €2,490, so there isn't much room left. Does this look well balanced, or would you swap any components for better value, cooling, storage, or performance?

The overall setup is solid, but the power supply is probably oversized. Check the graphics card’s recommended wattage and use a reliable PSU calculator; a lower-wattage model could save money while still leaving plenty of headroom.
There are several places to improve value: a less expensive cooler should be enough for the 9800X3D, and DDR5-6000 CL30 memory from a cheaper brand would be a good choice. You could also compare graphics cards with similar performance at a lower price. The H5 Flow is usable, but its included fans are limited and lack PWM control, so a case with stronger airflow or a few additional fans would be preferable. A quality 750W or 850W Gold-rated power supply should also be sufficient for this system, making the 1000W unit unnecessary.
The build should perform very well, but you could save money by using a Ryzen 7 7800X3D instead. In most games, the performance difference compared with the 9800X3D may be difficult to notice. Some non-ASUS alternatives could also reduce the price without giving up much.
I’d consider switching to a Radeon RX 9070 XT and stepping down to a Ryzen 7 7800X3D if those parts are better priced locally. That could free enough of the budget for a 2TB SSD while keeping gaming performance excellent. I’d also choose a case with better airflow and PWM fans, since the current case only includes two basic fans.
