Is This PC Part List a Good Fit for a $1,560 Budget?

I'm planning a new PC build with a total budget of about $1,560 and would appreciate feedback on whether the parts I selected make sense together. I'm also trying to lower the cost by finding good deals or buying some components used, especially the RAM, graphics card, and CPU. Family members may help me purchase a few parts, but I'd like advice on where it's safe to save money. Please also suggest better alternatives for any of the peripherals if you notice worthwhile upgrades or cheaper options.

The shared parts list isn’t enough to judge the build properly here, and the listed total appears to be noticeably higher than your $1,560 budget. Please paste the full component list with each price and your country or preferred retailers. Then people can check compatibility and suggest realistic ways to cut costs. Used parts can be a good option for the GPU, CPU, and RAM, but verify that they work and avoid buying anything without a return option when possible.

I used a mobile-friendly parts-list site, but I’m mainly looking for help bringing the total down through used components and possible help from family. I’ll provide the individual parts and prices so the budget can be checked more accurately.
