My Logitech G Pro X Superlight was working normally last night, but when I turned on my PC today, the scroll wheel would no longer scroll up or down. Has anyone experienced this before, and could a driver or software update be responsible? It is frustrating having a mouse that otherwise works but cannot scroll.

This is a fairly common hardware problem with these mice. Turn the mouse upside down on a mouse mat or your thigh, press down on the wheel firmly, and rotate it back and forth several times. It may temporarily restore the scrolling, but if the problem keeps returning, contacting Logitech for a replacement is probably the best option.
Try updating the mouse driver and running Windows System File Checker with the sfc /scannow command. That can help rule out a software or system issue.
I’ll try both of those, thanks!

I’ve heard about that fix, but unfortunately it didn’t work for me this time. This is actually the second time the wheel has stopped working randomly; last time it started working again after a few days. I’ll try the method a few more times, though.
