I bought a prebuilt PC about two weeks ago, and it worked normally until recently. Now, after running for a few minutes, it crashes with a "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart" error, then restarts. I tried a factory reset, but the system shuts down before it can finish. After restarting, it often opens the BIOS and doesn't detect the SSD. A hard power cycle usually lets me boot back into Windows temporarily. The system has a B650 motherboard, AMD Ryzen 7 8700F, RTX 5070, 16GB of RAM, and a 1TB SSD. What should I check to figure out whether this is a hardware, storage, driver, or overheating issue?

When the crash happens, look for the STOP code shown on the error screen, such as DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE or PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA. You can also check Event Viewer under Windows Logs > System for a BugCheck entry after the restart. That code should help identify whether the problem is related to a driver, memory, storage, or another component. Since the SSD sometimes disappears from the BIOS, also reseat its connection or drive and consider contacting the system seller if it continues, because the machine is still very new.
Check that the case, CPU, and graphics card fans are connected and actually spinning. Overheating can cause crashes and automatic restarts, so monitor the CPU and GPU temperatures while the system is running.
I checked the connections and the fans are working. I can also monitor the temperatures when Windows is running, and nothing looks unusually high.
