PC keeps crashing with ntoskrnl.exe BSODs during gaming and shutdown

My five-month-old PC has been crashing with blue screens for about two months. It can happen while playing a game, closing or launching one, or sometimes while shutting down. The crashes often point to ntoskrnl.exe.

I have already used DDU, updated the chipset drivers, and run SFC. MemTest86 completed four passes without errors, and the BIOS is completely stock with EXPO disabled. The system uses a single 16 GB DDR5 module running at 4800 MT/s. All components are new except the graphics card. I also have crash dumps available for analysis.

Specifications:
- CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D
- Memory: APACER PANTHER 1x16 GB DDR5
- GPU: ASUS ROG STRIX GTX 1080 Ti
- Motherboard: ASRock B650M X3D WiFi
- SSD: KIOXIA EXCERIA PRO 1 TB

A crash naming ntoskrnl.exe does not necessarily mean the Windows kernel itself is faulty; it is often just where the system finally stopped. Hardware instability is still worth investigating, especially the memory setup. A single DDR5 stick runs in single-channel mode, and a passing MemTest86 run does not completely rule out an intermittent RAM, motherboard, CPU memory-controller, or power issue. Test the module in the other recommended slot, try another known-good DDR5 kit if possible, and inspect the dump files alongside Windows Event Viewer for a more specific driver or hardware clue.

MemTest86 completed four passes with no errors, and EXPO is disabled, so everything is currently running at the default 4800 MT/s setting. I will still test the other slot or another memory kit because the crashes continue.
