PC Won’t POST After Installing a New AIO Cooler

I replaced my previous CPU cooler with a Thermalright Trofeo Vision 360 White AIO, and now the computer will not POST. I'm not sure which cooler was installed before. I visually checked the build and everything appears to be connected correctly. What should I troubleshoot first?

Check which motherboard debug LED stays lit when you power on—CPU, DRAM, VGA, or BOOT. The motherboard manual will explain what that indicator means and should help narrow down the problem. Also recheck the CPU power cable, the 24-pin connection, RAM seating, and the AIO’s pump and fan connections.

Does “mobo” mean motherboard? I’ll check the debug LEDs and look up what the indicator means in the manual.
