What are the best alternatives to Otter for transcribing existing audio files?

I've used Otter for about two years, but my current need is different: I have around 40 voice memos from site visits saved on my phone that I want to transcribe. I don't need an assistant bot joining Zoom or Google Meet anymore—I mainly need a service that can process recordings I already have. I'm considering WhisperAI because it supports files up to 5 GB or 10 hours, but I'd like to hear what other people are using for uploaded audio files.

Prisma Scribe is another option. I originally tested it with a few old recordings and later returned to it when I had a larger batch to process. It’s useful if you’re working through several existing files rather than recording live meetings.

A lot of AI meeting-note tools support file uploads even if you never use their meeting bot. tl;dv, for example, lets you upload audio for transcription and summaries, so it may be worth comparing with dedicated transcription services.

Fireflies has worked well for uploaded recordings. I switched after Otter became frustrating about upgrade prompts when I tried to process a 95-minute file.
