For normal office work, the integrated graphics are already the best-value option. They can handle basic applications and even 4K desktop output, so a dedicated card would mostly add cost, heat, and power consumption without making the system feel faster.
If you really want a cheap used card, look at something like a GTX 1660, RTX 2060, RTX 3050, or a comparable older Radeon. They’ll be more than capable, but they’re still overkill for office tasks, so check the price and power draw carefully.
