My current PC has an MSI A320M-A Pro Max motherboard, Ryzen 5 3600, GTX 1050 Ti, 16GB of DDR4 memory, and a Segotep GTR-550 power supply. The GTX 1050 Ti is holding my system back, so I want to upgrade. I've been considering an RTX 3060 or RTX 4060, mainly because of DLSS 3 and frame generation, but I'm concerned about bottlenecks and power requirements. What graphics card would make the most sense for this build?

The A320 motherboard can support a much faster AM4 processor after a BIOS update. A Ryzen 7 5700X3D paired with a stronger graphics card would be a substantial upgrade path, though that combination would call for a good aftermarket CPU cooler and a reliable power supply of around 750W or more.
The best choice depends on the games you play, your target resolution, and local pricing. An RTX 3060 or 4060 would be a major improvement, but compare them against newer cards before buying. Also verify the power supply’s quality and required connectors—your 550W unit may be borderline for some higher-end options, so a reputable 650W–750W model could be worthwhile.
If your budget allows, an RX 9060 XT with 16GB of VRAM would be a strong upgrade over the 1050 Ti and should offer good long-term value. The Ryzen 5 3600 may limit performance in some CPU-heavy games, especially at 1080p with very high frame rates, but it won’t make the card unusable.
A faster GPU can still be worthwhile with the Ryzen 5 3600, but the bottleneck will be more noticeable at 1080p and high refresh rates. At 1440p or higher, the graphics card will generally matter more.
