A power loss during memory training normally won't damage the RAM. The next time you start the PC, the motherboard should run the training process again. If your memory settings are marginal, it may take longer or fall back to safer default settings.
The bigger concern is the condition of the power when the outage ends. Surges or unstable voltage can affect the entire PC, not just the memory. A good UPS is the safest option, especially with outages happening several times a day.
If you don't have a UPS, switch the PC and monitor off at the wall when the power cuts out, then wait about a minute after power returns before turning everything back on. That gives the supply voltage time to stabilize. A quality online UPS would provide better protection than relying only on a basic surge strip.
