I'm still new to building PCs and currently have a prebuilt system with a Ryzen 5 4600G, 2×8GB DDR4-3200 memory, and a 1TB NVMe SSD. I'd like to add an affordable graphics card, but I'm not sure which models are worth considering or whether my power supply can handle one. I'm located in the Philippines, so used and locally available options would be helpful. The power supply is an Inplay GP250L, although I'm not sure whether it's suitable for a dedicated GPU.

Before choosing a graphics card, check the power supply carefully. The Inplay GP250L is a very low-end unit and may not be safe or suitable for a GPU with additional power requirements. It would be better to replace it with a reliable power supply from a reputable brand first, especially if you’re buying a used graphics card.
Your budget will determine the best option. A used GTX 1070 8GB can offer good performance for relatively little money, but it needs a proper power supply with the required GPU power connector. If you keep the current PSU, your choices may be limited to weaker cards that draw power only from the motherboard, and those may not be good value.
