Which Canadian domain registrars support separate users and billing roles?

OpenSRS may be worth investigating if you’re comfortable using a reseller platform. It provides a management panel where an administrator can assign account roles, including separating billing and operational access. It may involve reseller fees, but it gives you more control than a typical consumer registrar account.

Rebel.com and Grape.ca are other Canadian options to check. I can’t confirm whether they provide a dedicated billing role, so I’d verify their current permission model before switching, but they may meet the Canadian-service requirement.
