I'm putting together my first gaming PC and would appreciate some advice before buying the parts. I'm in Serbia, so the prices are in euros. My current list is: Inno3D GeForce RTX 3080 Ti iCHILL X4 12GB for €340 or PowerColor Red Devil RX 6800 XT 16GB for €320; Ryzen 7 7700 for €150–170; Kingston Fury Beast 2×16GB DDR5-6000 for €150; MSI B650 Tomahawk WiFi for €150; KIOXIA Exceria Pro 1TB NVMe SSD for €83; EVGA 750W GQ 80+ Gold modular PSU for €55; GAMDIAS Aura GC106 case for €50; and a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE cooler for €45. Which graphics card would you choose, and are there any other parts I should change?

For only €20 more, I’d choose the RTX 3080 Ti. It’s generally faster, has much better ray-tracing performance, and offers stronger upscaling support. The 12GB of VRAM shouldn’t be a major problem for most gaming at the resolutions this card targets. It’s also worth checking the price of a Ryzen 5 9600X; if you can get one for around €170 used, it should be faster for gaming than the Ryzen 7 7700. The rest of the build looks reasonable, but be careful with that EVGA power supply if it’s used—check its condition, age, and warranty before relying on it.
