I bought a second-hand iPhone 6 for 8,000 and fully erased it before setting it up with a new Apple account. Now I can't download several apps because they're listed as incompatible. I don't have access to the previous owner's account. Is there any practical workaround, such as using an older app version or another legitimate method?

Unfortunately, the phone is several generations behind and can’t update to the iOS versions required by most modern apps. There isn’t a reliable third-party fix for bypassing those requirements. You may be able to download an older compatible version only if that app was previously obtained through the same Apple account, but even then it may not work properly.
The factory reset and new Apple account aren’t the cause of the problem. The limitation is the iPhone 6’s maximum supported iOS version, which has been stuck since 2019. For regular app support, replacing it with a newer phone is the practical option.
