After updating Windows 11 IoT Enterprise to version 26H2, I received the new movable taskbar feature, but I still don't see the customizable Start menu or context-menu customization options. Since the system appears to be on the general release channel, is it normal for these features to arrive separately, or did the update install only partially?

Some unreleased or gradually deployed features can be manually enabled with ViVeTool, but that requires knowing the correct feature ID and may not be appropriate for a work or production system. If you’re only checking whether the update was incomplete, it’s safer to wait for the remaining features to be enabled normally.
That can be normal. Windows features are often enabled in stages, even after the main version update is installed. Seeing one new feature doesn’t necessarily mean every 26H2 feature has been activated on the system yet. Check the Personalization > Start settings page to see which options are currently available for your edition.

I’m not looking to force-enable anything—I mainly wanted to confirm whether receiving only some of the features is expected.
