I bought a PC about two months ago, and lately the disk usage frequently reaches 100%. This usually happens when I first start the computer or launch games. The drive is an SSD. What could be causing this, and how can I identify the program responsible?

Open Task Manager and sort the Processes tab by Disk usage while the problem is happening. That should show whether a game launcher, Windows update, antivirus scan, or another startup program is responsible. Brief spikes during startup or loading can be normal, but sustained usage is worth investigating.
Check your game launchers and other programs for background updates. A launcher downloading or installing an update can temporarily push disk usage to 100%, especially when opening a game.
