When I press Windows + R on my Windows 11 gaming PC, the Run dialog contains the text "supervirus." I'm not sure why it's there or whether it means my computer has malware. Is this something I should be worried about, and what should I do to check my system safely?

Win + R opens a normal command box; it isn’t a virus warning or a CAPTCHA. If the text keeps coming back, check whether someone else uses the PC and run Windows Security’s Offline scan or a full scan. Also avoid clicking suspicious website notifications, since those often make fake virus claims.
The Run box remembers text that was entered there previously, so seeing “supervirus” does not by itself mean your computer is infected. It may have been typed accidentally, entered by another person, or left behind by a program or website. Don’t run it—just clear the text and close the box. You can run a Windows Security full scan for reassurance.
