I accidentally left out one letter in a URL, and the Chromebook immediately displayed a message saying that my organization does not allow access to the site. When I searched for the same text on my phone, I realized it appeared to lead to an adult website. I never intentionally tried to access it, but I'm worried that the school's IT team may receive an alert or think I was attempting to visit it. Should I be concerned?

School IT staff are generally more concerned about repeated attempts, workarounds, or deliberate access than an obvious typo that was blocked immediately. You can simply continue using the Chromebook normally and be more careful when entering addresses.
