Windows 11 boots to PXE instead of Windows when Secure Boot is enabled

My system uses UEFI, and Secure Boot worked previously. Now, whenever I enable Secure Boot, the computer skips the normal Windows startup and displays "Start PXE over IPv4." Windows Boot Manager also cannot be selected normally in the boot order; selecting it only makes the screen flash. How can I stop the system from trying network boot and restore normal Windows startup while keeping Secure Boot enabled?

Check the BIOS boot settings and disable network-related options such as PXE Boot, HTTP Boot, or Network Boot. Make sure Windows Boot Manager is first in the UEFI boot order. PXE is usually just a fallback after the firmware fails to find a usable local boot entry.

So I should disable the PXE and HTTP boot options shown in the BIOS, then put Windows Boot Manager first?

Try opening the one-time boot menu with the manufacturer-specific key, often F9, F12, Esc, or a similar key, and select Windows Boot Manager. If it boots successfully that way, the regular boot order may have been reset or corrupted. If Windows Boot Manager flashes and still does not start, the EFI boot files or Secure Boot configuration may need repair.

Secure Boot and PXE can work together only when the network boot files are properly signed, but that is not relevant if you are not intentionally booting from a network. Disable network boot options and verify that the system drive is still detected in UEFI mode. Avoid changing partition settings or reinstalling Windows until your important files are backed up.
