The Windows key on my Corsair K65 Plus Wireless keyboard is not responding. I've checked that Windows Lock is disabled in the Corsair software and tried the Fn+L shortcut on the keyboard. Both the keyboard and its software are updated to version 5.26.154. The rear switch has been set to Windows, but the key still does nothing. Are there any other troubleshooting steps I should try?

Double-check the Windows/Mac switch on the back of the keyboard. Even if it already appears to be on Windows, move it to Mac, wait a moment, and then switch it back to Windows. That can refresh the keyboard mode. You could also try holding Fn and the backlight key for a few seconds to reset the keyboard settings.
Make sure the keyboard is actually in Windows mode rather than Mac mode. The physical switch can sometimes get stuck in an incorrect state even when the setting looks right, so toggling it and reconnecting the keyboard may restore the Windows key.

Switching it from Windows to Mac and then back to Windows fixed it. Thanks for the suggestion!
