Account Suspended After Verification Documents Were Submitted

I was asked to upload documents to verify my account, and I submitted them, but I never received a response. My account was then suspended, with an email claiming that I had not provided the requested documents. I uploaded everything again in case the first submission was missed. There may be a mismatch between the credit card billing address, which is my home address, and my company's current address, but I can provide documentation proving that both addresses belong to me. Has anyone dealt with this kind of verification delay or suspension, and how long did it take to get a response?

Responses can take a few days after the documents are uploaded. One person reported waiting about three days, while another was still waiting after four days, so the delay may vary. Keep the case updated with the address explanation and supporting documents rather than submitting duplicate requests.

The support team has located the case and sent the concerns to their internal review group. Keep monitoring the case and add any extra explanations or documents directly to it so the support team can review everything in one place.
