I'm about to build my very first PC and I'm super excited! I've got all my parts ordered, but I've run into a bit of a hiccup. All the remaining components are set to arrive on Monday, except for my GPU (an RTX 5070 Ti) which will come on Tuesday. I work 12-hour night shifts, and I was hoping to do the build on my night off, which is Monday. My question is: should I go ahead and build the PC, testing to see if my motherboard, CPU, RAM, and SSD are all working, and then just install the GPU later? Or would it be better to wait until I can test everything with the GPU installed? I really don't want to mess this up!

If your CPU has integrated graphics, you can totally build the whole rig and just add the GPU later. The system doesn't mind which graphics it uses, so no worries there! Just make sure you check everything is running smoothly and then you can pop in the GPU once it arrives.
Absolutely, you can build and test the PC without the GPU if your CPU has integrated graphics. It's a smart move to check that everything is working before adding the GPU. Just slot that in when it arrives and you’ll be good to go!
