I'm looking for help to upgrade my gaming PC setup! Here's what I currently have:
- Case: NZXT H9 Flow 2025
- Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 AORUS Elite V2
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
- Cooling: Cooler Master MasterLiquid Lite 120 (AIO 120mm)
- GPU: Radeon RX 6600 XT 8GB
- RAM: 16GB (2x8) DDR4 2400MHz (3200MHz XMP/DOCP enabled)
- Primary SSD: Samsung 990 EVO Plus 2TB (Gen4 x4)
- Secondary SSD: Goodram PX500 512GB (Gen3 x4)
- PSU: 650W 80+ Bronze (ATX)
I bought this pre-built setup in Spain, only swapping the case and motherboard. I'm keen to upgrade components over the next year to maximize my AM4 socket usage before switching to AM5 in 2-3 years. My budget is between €1200 and €1300 and I want better performance in games like Fortnite, Black Ops 3, GTA, and RDR2. I'm open to suggestions on which components to upgrade first, especially with Black Friday coming up, but I want to avoid altering my case, motherboard, main SSD, and peripherals. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Don't forget about your RAM! Although you have 16GB, if you're aiming to get the most out of modern games, consider upgrading to 32GB. It can help improve performance in higher-demand titles, especially if you multitask while gaming.
For upgrading your CPU, consider the Ryzen 7 5800X3D if you can find it at a decent price. It offers fantastic performance for gaming on the AM4 socket, just make sure to update your BIOS if necessary when you switch it out. It sounds like it could really boost your gaming experience!

First off, I’d definitely consider upgrading your power supply first. The one you have is a 650W 80+ Bronze unit, but it might not be the best quality since it came with a prebuilt. A more reliable PSU can protect your investment in new parts. Look for a higher-rated PSU that comes with the latest connectors for future upgrades, particularly if you plan to swap out your GPU later.
