My AirPods Pro 3 connect and play audio normally, but Find My keeps showing “Setup Incomplete” and “No Location Found” when Find My Network is on. Turning that setting off makes a location appear. I’ve checked the account settings, forgotten and paired the AirPods again, and left them charging near my phone. Is there anything else worth trying before contacting support?
AirPods work, but Find My says setup is incomplete. What should I try?

Since you’ve already checked the main account settings and re-paired them, I wouldn’t keep repeating the same toggles. Confirm your iPhone is running a current software version, then give Find My some time to refresh while the AirPods and case are charged and near the phone.
If the incomplete setup message remains, contact Apple Support or visit a store. They can check the account and hardware side rather than guessing at another reset.

The fact that audio works doesn’t necessarily mean Find My registration is complete. Your setting toggle changing what the map displays sounds like a Find My issue, but it doesn’t prove whether the cause is temporary syncing or something with the AirPods.
When you contact support, describe the exact difference with Find My Network on versus off, and mention that the setup warning persisted after forgetting and pairing again. That gives them a useful starting point.

One detail to check is whether the case and each earbud show up as expected in Find My, rather than assuming the map view tells the whole story. If parts are missing or the setup warning stays, I’d have support inspect the pair, especially while they’re still under warranty.

Thanks. The phone is up to date, so I’ll stop cycling the setting and ask support to check it.
