Some users in the Southeast are reporting that Teams messages appear sent but arrive several minutes later, or fail to send. Has anyone found whether this is localized or affecting other regions too?

Reports in the discussion werenโ€™t limited to the Southeast. People also described slow or unreliable delivery in the Northeast, Midwest, and Pacific Northwest, so it may be broader than one region. Others said their service was working normally, which suggests the impact was uneven.

If messages look sent but recipients donโ€™t get them, check delivery with a second channel before assuming they arrived. For anything time-sensitive, confirm receipt directly. Keep examples with approximate times, affected users, and client versions, then report the pattern through your organizationโ€™s support process.

Reports from different environments did not all match. Some users mentioned issues in government cloud environments, while another said their separate environment was working. That doesnโ€™t establish a cause, but itโ€™s worth noting which tenant type and region are affected when comparing reports.
