I'm running a Windows Server 2022 RDS farm with FSLogix Profile Containers set up on a file share, using M365 Apps for Office. Lately, some users have been hitting major issues, particularly with Outlook and other Office apps. They often see the 'Authenticating...' message with no login prompt showing up. Additionally, for some of these users, browsers like Edge and Chrome barely launch. Logoff also takes ages, often resulting in a black screen. Clearing out the OneAuth, IdentityCache, and TokenBroker folders sometimes offers a temporary fix, but the issue tends to come back. It's perplexing because some users face this consistently while others are unaffected, and even newly onboarded users encounter this problem. I'm wondering if anyone else has seen similar issues with RDS 2022, FSLogix, and Office 365, and if you found any stable configurations or fixes to eliminate these authentication hangs.

Do you have Palo Alto Traps or Cortex in your setup? We faced the same situation with FSLogix in an AVD environment after a recent content update, and it could be related.
We've been battling FSLogix problems all day! However, we found some relief by uninstalling update KB5065428 from both our hosts and the FSLogix server. It seemed to improve the situation.

We do have it implemented, but it's weird because some users work fine. Could it still be causing issues?
