I'm looking for a Linux distribution that supports OLED displays at 2K resolution properly. Currently, I'm encountering issues with color oversaturation, and I'm hoping someone can guide me on a version that works well. Any help would be appreciated!

If you're experiencing oversaturation, it's probably a settings issue rather than an OLED support problem. Have you checked your monitor settings? Also, consider finding an ICC profile; RTINGs has some good resources. And just to clarify, if you're referring to 1440p when you say 2K, choosing a Wayland environment could improve your experience, as X.org has scaling limitations.

You can use pretty much any Linux distro with an OLED monitor, as the type of screen shouldn't matter. I have a 1440p OLED, and it works just fine! The oversaturation issue you're facing is likely related to your settings rather than the distro itself. Try adjusting the screen settings or calibrating it for better color accuracy, though I'm not too familiar with the calibration process on Linux.

Honestly, it's not about whether your monitor is OLED or not – it should work with any distro. The problem seems to be related to your settings. Look into your monitor settings or check if you have the right color profile set up. If you're on KDE, I found there's an sRGB color intensity setting that might help.
