I'm looking to build a PC primarily for Photoshop and recording, as my current setup isn't cutting it. I want to focus more on getting a powerful CPU, plenty of RAM, and good storage—I'm thinking I can get away with a less powerful GPU since I mainly play League of Legends and don't do much 3D work. With a budget of $1000, can I max out the CPU, RAM, and storage, while still being able to include an entry-level NVIDIA GPU from the 4000 or 5000 series?

For your budget and needs, I’d recommend a combo of the AMD 7600 or the Radeon 9060XT (16GB). If you go for NVIDIA, you'd be stuck with something like a 5060 with 8GB or an older model, which means you’d have to make some serious sacrifices on the other components. Also, don’t worry too much about Photoshop performance; AMD GPUs are actually quite capable now, contrary to some outdated opinions. An Intel CPU could also be beneficial depending on what streaming you'll be doing.

I’m okay with either AMD or NVIDIA; I just want to save on the GPU if possible. What do you think about managing to get a top-end CPU, maybe 2TB of storage, and 64GB of RAM for around $1000? Any ideas on that?
