I recently got a NZXT H700 case, and I noticed that it has PCIe slot cover brackets that I need to remove in order to install a vertical GPU mount. However, I want to know if it's possible to replace the original cover plate with a new one, since I have no intention of mounting my GPU vertically.

If your case didn't come with the extra PCIe slot mounts, you'll generally need to buy an entirely new H700 case for those parts, since the covers aren't standard across different models. It's a bit of a hassle, but that seems to be the only way to get a fresh set.

I totally get your pain! If NZXT sells the brackets separately, that might be an easier route than getting a whole new case.
