I'm trying to install the latest version of Office 365 on my Fedora system. I've heard about tools like Wine, WinBoat, and Crossover, but I've never actually used any of them. Can anyone tell me if Office 365 will work with any of these options?

Yeah, since WinBoat is a virtual machine, it should definitely work for running Office 365.
If you really want MS Office, keep in mind that it's designed for Windows. When I switched from Windows, it was mainly because I wasn't a fan of their software or the proprietary nature of it.
Here's the scoop: Wine might work with some older versions, but I doubt you'll get Office 365 to run well on it. Crossover? No clue, I haven't tried it because it's a bit pricey for me. As for WinBoat, if your system has sufficient resources — like at least 16GB of RAM, a decent CPU (around 4 cores at 2.5GHz), and around 40GB of free disk space — you could set up a virtual machine to run Windows 11 and Office 365.
Honestly, I think you should consider ditching Microsoft Office altogether. It's pretty invasive in terms of privacy and has features like Copilot that analyze your data.
Have you thought about the web app version of Office 365? That could be an easier solution without the hassle of installation.
