I'm working with an Intel NUC that currently has an M.2 NVMe SSD installed in its NVMe slot. I've got an extra M.2 NVMe SSD, and I'm curious if there's a way to use it through the NUC's 2.5 inch SATA port with an adapter. Does anyone know if that's feasible? I've attached some pictures for reference: 1. M.2 NVMe SSD, 2. SATA slot in the NUC.

Quick side note: if you're considering moving your PC setup to PH, maybe think about just taking the motherboard, SSDs, and RAM with you. Buying a new case there might save you some hassle, especially if space is tight in your luggage.
You could look into PCIe expansion boards that allow you to connect NVMe SSDs. Just make sure your NUC supports that kind of expansion, and you should be good to go!
Unfortunately, you can't use an M.2 NVMe SSD directly with a 2.5 inch SATA port, even with an adapter. They operate on different protocols, so it'll just be a no-go for you.
Thanks for the advice! I might just do that to keep things simple.
