I recently switched from AMD to Nvidia and sent my old GPU back because it was having issues. I forgot to use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) before that. Now that I have my new Nvidia GPU installed, is it safe to use DDU to remove the old AMD drivers?

You can use DDU, but head's up! If you're on Windows 11 24H2 or later, it can be buggy. Before going into safe mode, create a new local profile without a PIN, just a password. If you're in safe mode, you won't be able to log in with a PIN since it can't connect to the network!
Absolutely, it's totally fine to use DDU with your new GPU setup. It helps in cleaning up old drivers and ensures that your new GPU runs smoothly without any conflicts. Just make sure to follow the steps properly!
Thanks! I'm new to all this, just built my first PC, so I appreciate the reassurance!
Really? I just tested it on my old PC, and it worked fine there without any issues.
