Can My Motherboard and CPU Support an RTX 5060 Ti?

I'm looking to upgrade my gaming setup, especially with the upcoming releases like Oblivion Remastered and Doom the Dark Ages. Right now, I have an MSI B550-A PRO motherboard, a Ryzen 5 5600G CPU, and an RTX 3060 12GB GPU. I'm considering getting an RTX 5060 Ti, but I'm unsure if my current motherboard and processor can handle it. I've heard mixed things about needing to upgrade the CPU when getting a new GPU, and since I'm pretty new to this motherboard stuff, I could use some guidance. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Yeah, you can definitely use the RTX 5060 Ti with your setup! While a faster CPU would unlock more performance, your Ryzen 5 5600G will still be a solid upgrade from your current GPU.

That's awesome to hear! I was considering a Ryzen 9 5900X before, but was told it's overkill for a 3060. Do you think it would be a good fit for the 5060?
