Comparing Office Home and Business 2024 with Office Standard 2024 LTSC for Exchange Online

Hey everyone! We're looking to update our Office software at our small company, and we're considering Office Home and Business 2024 since we only use Exchange Online. Can anyone tell me if Office Home and Business 2024 is fully compatible with Exchange Online, and how it compares to Office Standard 2024 LTSC? Appreciate your insights! Thanks!

Just a quick note, the LTSC versions are volume licenses only, which means you need a certain number of licenses to qualify. For a small company, you might not hit that minimum unless you have at least five users.

With Office Home and Business, you’re getting the most current version with regular updates. This could mean that features could change significantly in the future, like possibly losing older Outlook versions or getting new features like Copilot. On the other hand, LTSC is a feature-complete release that only gets security updates, so no new features will be added after the initial release.
