With Office Home and Business, you’re getting the most current version with regular updates. This could mean that features could change significantly in the future, like possibly losing older Outlook versions or getting new features like Copilot. On the other hand, LTSC is a feature-complete release that only gets security updates, so no new features will be added after the initial release.
