You might want to rethink a few things. For storage, going with a PCIe 5 NVME isn’t really necessary for gaming—PCIe 4 would suffice and be more affordable. Also, check out alternatives for your case that can offer better airflow for less money! Getting some additional fans can really boost cooling.
Honestly, if you're open to suggestions, I think you could save quite a bit while still getting excellent performance. For instance, consider switching your CPU cooler to the Thermalright Phantom Spirit, which is cheaper and performs better than the Dark Rock Pro 5 for AM5 processors. Also, ASRock motherboards have had some issues with Ryzen 9000X3D CPUs, so I’d recommend looking into a different brand or a newer model.
