I'm planning to upgrade my CPU from a 12600K to a 14700KF and everything's running smoothly with Windows 11 right now. Should I reinstall Windows after the upgrade, or can I just keep everything as is?

If it ain't broke, don't fix it! You can keep your current setup unless you run into issues after the upgrade. If something does go wrong, then look for fixes first before considering a reinstall.
You definitely shouldn't need to reinstall. Windows 11 does a good job of generating a new thread scheduler when it detects a new CPU. So you should be good to go!
While a reinstall isn't usually necessary, I’d recommend getting a contact frame and making sure your BIOS is updated with the latest microcode for the 14700KF. It helps with potential Intel voltage problems.
You shouldn't need to reinstall Windows just because you're swapping CPUs. As long as you’re not changing your motherboard, everything should work fine. Just make sure to check that your motherboard's BIOS supports the 14700KF. You might need to update it before making the switch.
