Does Using a Slower NVMe Port for Your OS Drive Have Downsides?

I have two 2TB NVMe drives that I mainly use for gaming, the Adobe suite, photos, and some basic 3D rendering for my work. Both of these drives are Gen 4. Additionally, I have a 1TB Gen 5 drive that I use for my operating system. My motherboard has two Gen 5 NVMe ports: one connects directly to the CPU and the other connects to the chipset. If I were to install my OS drive in the port that connects through the chipset, would that negatively affect anything?
