I'm trying to decide between G.Skill and Corsair for my RAM purchase. I found this link to a G.Skill option, but I'm wondering if it's really the best choice or if I should consider Corsair instead. Any insights on the differences, especially regarding timings and overall performance?

Honestly, if you're going with Trident Z Neo RGB or Neo Royal from G.Skill, you're making a great choice. Corsair often charges more just for their brand name, so you might be getting better performance for less with G.Skill!
I mean, I've had my share of issues with Corsair. Just feels overpriced for what you get. 🤷♂️
What are you mainly using your build for, and in which country are you planning to buy these? I'm curious because $228 seems a bit high for just RAM!
I'm looking for 64GB of 6000MTs RGB in the US. Got any recommendations?
G.Skill typically has better timings, like a CL of 26 compared to Corsair's 30, which is a nice bonus if you really care about that speed. But if you're not super focused on those lower latencies, a standard 6000 CL30 set will do just fine. Check out this G.Skill Trident Z model; it's solid!
Just keep in mind that lower CL might not matter for everyone!
So, G.Skill still edges out for most users?
Haha, true! Seems like there's a lot of hate for Corsair lately.
