I'm facing a CPU temperature error on boot with my new PC, and the BIOS reads around 84°C. The fans are super loud, and sometimes the error doesn't appear. When it doesn't, I try to install Windows 11, but the PC turns off after a few minutes. I didn't build this PC myself, but I noticed that the CPU cooler can rotate slightly when I tilt the case. Could this be causing the temperature issue? Here are some pics: https://imgur.com/a/IWf45tY

If the CPU cooler can rotate a bit, that definitely suggests it’s not mounted correctly. That explains the high temperatures you’re seeing. The cooler needs to be secured properly to ensure it makes good contact with the CPU to dissipate heat effectively.
Make sure those screws on the cooler are snug, but be careful not to overtighten them. If one feels loose and doesn’t grip, that might be your problem. Check that all screws are properly aligned.
Exactly! It’s likely a matter of tightening the screws. You might need to remove the cooler, clean off the old thermal paste, and reapply a new layer before securing it back down. That should help!
