I'm trying to delete a file located in the android/data directory, but whenever I click delete, nothing happens and the file just stays there. Is there a reason why I can't get rid of it?

Before you proceed, can you check if the file is currently being used by any app? Sometimes, if it's in use, the system won't let you delete it. Also, just to clarify, are you trying to delete the actual app data or the folder itself? Certain system files can be tricky to remove.
It might also help to know what the file is since you mentioned it shows up as com.mojang.mibecraftpe. If you don’t even have the game anymore, try using a file manager app that has permission to delete system files—that sometimes does the trick.
