Hey everyone! I'm really struggling to get my GPU drivers updated. Every time I try to install the latest version of Adrenaline or the standalone driver, my computer crashes. Once, it even sent me into a boot loop, and I had to revert my Windows 11 to an earlier point just to regain access to my system. I've tried various fixes, but nothing seems to work. Here are my PC specs: an Asrock B450M motherboard, AMD Ryzen 5 3600, AMD RX 5700 XT, and 16GB of Corsair RAM (2x8GB). Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Honestly, it might be worth holding off on updates for now if you're not in a rush. Is there an urgent reason to get that update? Sometimes waiting for the next release can save you from these headaches!
There’s a chance your card might be faulty, but it could just be the drivers causing havoc. If you haven’t tried a fresh OS install, that might help narrow it down before thinking about hardware issues.
Why jump to the card being bad right away? I think I should test it with a game to see if the issues pop up.
I feel your pain! I've been dealing with AMD's drivers these past couple of weeks, and it's been a nightmare. My PC is blackscreening during gameplay, and it's not just a one-time thing. I used to have a 1080Ti without any issues, but this RX 5700 XT is causing me to think about selling or even taking drastic measures! It's frustrating, especially with how many crashes I've faced lately.
Right? It's like the recent updates are only making things worse. I can totally relate to considering alternatives.

I wanted to get it updated for Adobe Illustrator's GPU preview mode, but I guess I can manage for a bit longer. Let's hope AMD sorts it out soon!
