I built my new PC today, and everything was working fine until I ran into an issue installing Windows. After trying various solutions, someone suggested I restart the CMOS battery. I removed it for a few minutes, but now I can't access the BIOS. The screen says to press 'Del' or 'F2' to enter BIOS, but neither key seems to work. Any suggestions on how to solve this?

When you restart the PC, try unplugging the USB keyboard and then plugging it back in. Sometimes the keys don't register right away, which could be blocking you from entering BIOS.
Have you tried booting the PC without the CMOS battery at all? Sometimes that can reset things more thoroughly and help you get in.
I haven't, should I give that a shot?

I tried that, but I think the PC is recognizing the keyboard because I can toggle NumLock on and off.
