Hey everyone, I recently upgraded my PC, which has two RAM slots, but it originally came with just one 16GB DDR4 RAM stick installed. After some waiting, I received my second RAM stick, but unfortunately, it doesn't work at all. CPU-Z recognizes it, but neither Windows nor the BIOS can detect it. I tried using it in the first slot by itself, and my PC started beeping multiple times. From what I found online, that usually indicates a fault with the RAM. I'm starting to think I should have just bought from a big-name retailer instead of taking a chance on a smaller French brand. Just feeling really drained by all of this, thanks for listening to my frustrations!

Just a heads-up, mixing different RAM sticks isn't always a good idea, especially if they aren't from the same model or manufacturer. You might want to order another one that matches your working stick to avoid further issues.
Sounds like you're having a rough time! First things first, can you tell us the model of your PC and how many beeps you heard? The number of beeps is crucial for diagnosing the issue. Also, make sure both RAM sticks match in specifications—sometimes different brands or speeds don’t play well together.
If your PC isn't booting with that new RAM stick on its own, it's likely not compatible or it's faulty. Could you share the specs of both your working and non-working RAM sticks? That might help us figure out what's going wrong.
